Excellent and very friendly staff! One of the few places open past 7pm. The margaritas were fantastic and prices affordable. Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed. They brought us chips and salsa. The chips tasted stale and the salsa had two choices. The first one was really hot and the mild one tasted like tomato soup. The guacamole we ordered was very bland and lacked flavor. Like store bought taste. We then ordered Cadillac margaritas. They tasted like your basic margarita made with a mix.
Eventually came the food. We ordered two deluxe tostadas, one order of fajitas and one type of burrito. The fajitas came out on a warm plate, not sizzling and smelling like fresh heated fajitas that you normally get when you order fajitas. The first words the person with the burrito said was that it seemed "kinda" greasy. I had one of the two tostadas and both were soupy and greasy. The taco shell at the bottom of my tostada was tough and hard to cut despite sitting in all that liquid. And it tasted like cardboard and was hard to chew.
The Tostadas came out first and we waited at least 5 minutes before the other two orders came out.
The staff was friendly. There were only a few diners in there and we wondered about that. Friday night in good location Mexican restaurant??
This place needs a fix. We will not go back. Too many other choices to choose from. -

When I was young, my family took me here and I just so happened to get a root beer. I didn't want to share with my dad and the waiter heard our conversation and joked that he would spank me if I didn't share. After that day, I was really scared and I refused to come back. Now, many years later, I came back for like the first time and there is new staff, they kind of fixed up the building, and the food is way better than I remembered it. Now that you know my history here, let's start with the review.
To start, the meal came with these thin, crispy and warm corn chips and mild and hot salsa. I had a burrito with shredded beef and that comes with refried beans and Mexican rice. (See pic) It was absolutely DELICIOUS. The beans and burrito were covered in this delicious layer of a blended cheese mix. The prices? Reasonable. The whole meal with my family combined was about $25. Great food, wonderful people.
I would definitely want to come again, and tell people about this place too. -

The food is just okay. The service was just okay as well. They were not busy the three times my coworkers and I went but it seemed a little too hard to get some service. Food is thrown together and nothing special. The third time we went it was more of the same but we stepped outside for a minute or two and come back to find our drinks have been removed and my sunglasses gone. We were standing right out front in plane view of the window in front of where we were sitting. I didn't make a stink over it as my beer was almost gone but the other guys still had quite a bit left. My coworker basically let them know we expected three more drinks on their dime. Then we realized my sunglasses were gone. Had to ask for those. The server had stashed them in the back. $130 shades. No bueno. Then the busboy, server and cook stood in the hall and looked at us and were obviously talking about us in Spanish. We laughed at them. Then left without giving a tip. Don't waste your $$ here.

Julian was my server. Ordered a Deluxe Burrito to go. While waiting snacked on some chips and salsa, and ended up buying a package of salsa as well. Got back to my motel, heated the burrito up, and was in absolute flavor heaven! I honestly wasnt expecting anything to jump up and down about, but the shredded beef and the burrito were downright amazing. The salsa is also amazing. I will be eating here again when I travel through town. The service was excellent, and I left there happy.
